Description

Limonera is a hot sauce with a citric touch of lemon. A combination of patiently fermenting the Habanero chilli, Lomuyo pepper and lemon rind, before then blending with our Sherry Vinegar, along with the lemon juice that makes all the difference, creating a hot and fruity sauce, with a touch of lemony sourness.

Perfect with Fish and Seafood, Ceviche or Tartar, its hint of citrus highlights the punchy hotness of the Habanero and the fresh flavour of the Lomuyo.
